For iPhone

Every set.
Every serving.
One app.

Sets & Servings brings strength training and nutrition together — precise macro tracking, a proper workout log, and progress you can actually see. Built for people who train.

Why one app

Training and nutrition were never separate problems.

Splitting them across two apps means neither has the full picture. Sets & Servings keeps both in one place, with one standard for accuracy.

Fuel the training

Log meals fast and know exactly where your calories, macros, and micronutrients stand — so eating supports the work you do in the gym instead of guessing against it.

Track the work

Record every session as you train: exercises, sets, reps, and load. Your history is always there, so progression is a decision, not a memory test.

See the progress

Bodyweight, personal records, and performance trends live next to your nutrition data. When both sides are in one place, cause and effect finally line up.

Nutrition

Know exactly what you ate.

Log food in seconds and see calories and every macro against your targets — down to the micronutrients. Eaten versus planned, every day.

  • Fast food logging
  • Calories & macros vs. targets
  • Micronutrient breakdowns
  • Meal plans
  • Supplement tracking

Your data

Private by default. Local unless you choose cloud backup.

  • An account is optional — the core app works fully without one, even offline.
  • Your logs live in a local database on your iPhone by default.
  • No ads, no selling your data, no social feed.

Optional cloud backup

If you sign in, you can keep a private, encrypted-in-transit copy of your data under your account. It's a backup, not live sync — restoring one is always an explicit choice.

The details, in plain language: read the privacy policy.
